Back of house collective was started because a group of restaurant owners were sick and tired of the high barriers to entry into owning a restaurant. High costs, over-used equipment, high rents, no personal credit, food shortages, lack of support, lack of book keeping, fast changing trends with no coaching, etc. That's where B.O.H.C enters. There are cloud kitchens out there that give entrepreneurs the space and sometimes the equipment but all at a high cost most can't afford. On top of that, there is no coaching on the business aspect (menu creation, food costing, book keeping, marketing, etc.)
We want every person who is adopted into the B.O.H.C collective to succeed and reach their dreams in the restaurant industry by providing coaching, resources, ease of entry and access to daily support. Some people may need a space for their already existing bake goods line, someone else may need a space to test their concept in a real food truck , someone may need a place for weekend pop-ups, and another person may need a space to downsize their existing restaurant to just pick-up and delivery. Whatever it is we are here for the success of all our family.
